Situation 2
You are the project manager for a software firm. Your team is installing a new software system for a large company. You have been working on the project for a month, and things are going well. You need a few more software engineers because the project is a little behind schedule. With more engineers you could finish the project in a week.
Speaker B is one of the seniors managers of the company and wants to speak to you. Listen and suggest a way of solving the problem.
Example :
B : How’s the software project going? We need to know how much longer it will take
A : The project is going well………
B : Thank you very much
A : Ok, your welcome
Still much situation such as dialogue above. We can pictured situation with dialogue of simple, but in a company will be easy on dialogue, because in company have link of connect to every authority.
